Alexandre completed his massage training in Quebec in 2008 and is now a Registered Massage Therapist in British Columbia, bringing over 17 years of hands-on experience.

He specializes in deep tissue, myofascial, and sports massage, helping clients recover, manage pain, and move better. Alexandre has worked extensively with elite athletes, athletes from a wide range of sports, and active “weekend warriors,” always tailoring each treatment to the individual’s goals and physical demands.
