Alexandre completed his massage training in Quebec in 2008 and is now happy to expand his practice in BC.

With over 17 years of experience, Alexandre is dedicated to help individuals stay at the top of their game, using deep tissue, myofascial, and sports massage techniques. Over the past years, he worked with elite runners, cyclists, triathletes, and active individuals, tailoring his approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

As a high-level runner himself, Alexandre deeply understands the demands of rigorous training and the critical importance of staying on track.
